My approach to therapy is strengths-based, holistic, and integrative with elements of acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and feminist and person-centered perspectives. While these approaches help lay a foundation, I believe therapy works best when guided by each individual client's goals and needs. I have 7 years of experience working with young adults focusing on life transition, identity exploration, social issues and advocacy, depression and anxiety, self-esteem concerns, and more.
